Position Summary
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Supervisor, you will oversee high-volume recruitment efforts while supervising a team of recruiters. You’ll play a key leadership role in driving recruitment strategies, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring alignment with Uplift Global BPO's workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles, particularly within BPO operations.
- Work with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs and build workforce planning strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing plans using online job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure hiring goals and service-level expectations are met.
- Assign requisitions and manage daily team workflows to ensure an organized and responsive recruitment operation.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support individual growth and performance improvements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing channel efficiency, and quality of hire.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements in sourcing, candidate experience, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data privacy standards.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting plans.
- Act as a point of escalation for candidate or process concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with 1 + years in a supervisory or team lead role, ideally in a BPO or high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and manage multiple open roles across functions.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and HRIS tools.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws (or applicable regional laws, if international).
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Certifications such as CIR, AIRS, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus.
