Posted on 28 April 2026We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team in Bacolod City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying decisions, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
Generate leads through online marketing, referrals, and fieldwork
Conduct property presentations, site tripping, and client meetings
Assist clients in understanding property options, pricing, and financing (bank/Pag-IBIG)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and property inventory
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 72 units in college
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is an advantage, but not requiredGoal-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
With a smartphone, internet access, and active on FacebookNO AGE and GENDER REQUIREMENT
