A real estate broker is responsible for selling the company’s land developments while also partnering with external realty firms to expand market reach. They oversee sales operations, coordinate with accredited brokers and agents, and ensure consistent presentation of the company’s projects.

They provide accurate details on pricing, location, and investment potential, assist with documentation, and lead negotiations to secure successful transactions while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and partner realty groups.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Real Estate Management or a related course.
A licensed Real Estate Broker
With at least 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
Can connect and maintain strong relationships with realty partners.
Strong product knowledge of property listings, units, and real estate offerings.
With ability to meet assigned sales targets or monthly/quarterly quota.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
