About the role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Officer to join our team in Iloilo. As a Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our real estate development projects in the region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic and innovative company.

What you'll be doing
  • Attainment of quarterly and annual sales target
  • Growth of licensed seller’s network
  • Strategic planning and implementation of quarterly and monthly sales activities
  • Managements of sellers and buyers’ feedback and other data collection method to help create and innovate sales activities
  • Coordination with Team Leads/SBUS/and all other departments concerned
  • Review of Market and conducts competitor scan as needed
  • Training and product presentations
  • Initiate Roadshows and Investment Opportunity Forums (International/National/Virtual)
  • Alignment with Business Development and Marketing during project conceptualization
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the property development sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations in General Santos City and surrounding areas
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
