They serve as the main point of contact for accredited brokers and agents, coordinate property viewings and sales activities, provide accurate project information, assist with documentation, and handle client inquiries.In addition, they support deal negotiations and help close sales while maintaining organized records and a professional client experience.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Experience in real estate administration or broker support
- Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage transactions, documents, and compliance
- Conduct product knowledge seminars and training sessions
