We are seeking an experienced HR leader to lead Advisory and Employee Relations for our Manila location. This role will serve as the primary local People function lead, partnering with business leaders, managers, employees, Legal, Compliance, HR Business Partners, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Services to deliver practical compliant, and business-aligned people solutions.

The role will oversee complex employee relations matters, manager advisory support, local HR policy guidance, performance management consultation, organizational change support, and HR service delivery excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, maturity, stakeholder skills, and deep knowledge of Philippine labour law and employment practices.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Manager, HR you will:

  • Serve as the key People function point of contact for the Manila site and represent HR in local leadership forums.
  • Lead the Manila HR Advisory and Employee Relations team.
  • Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, performance concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace issues, and organizational change.
  • Manage complex and sensitive ER cases in line with company policy and Philippine labour law.
  • Partner with Legal, HR Compliance, Global HRBP, Rewards, Payroll, TA, and HR Services on complex or cross-functional people matters.
  • Oversee case management discipline, including intake, triage, SLAs, documentation, escalations, knowledge management, and reporting.
  • Support cyclical performance through manager guidance, toolkits, training, and consultation.
  • Support workforce change activities, including restructuring or redundancy processes, ensuring compliant and respectful execution.
  • Use case trends, employee feedback, and data insights to identify root causes and improve processes.
Drive opportunities for simplification, automation, manager self-service, and improved employee experience.
  • Support site engagement, inclusion, culture, crisis response, and local implementation of global HR initiatives.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Manager, HR if your background includes:

  • 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partnering, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour law and local employment practices.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and organizational change.
  • Experience leading HR advisory delivery teams including ER.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional HR partners including Legal, Compliance, Rewards, Payroll, TA, and HR Operations.
  • Strong case, documentation, reporting, and process improvement experience.
  • Experience using HR technology, automation, AI tools, or workflow improvements is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant HR or employment law certification preferred.
