About the role
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Boss Manok Restaurant Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling establishment located in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This full-time position is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service and overseeing the day-to-day management of the restaurant.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and coordinating the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for our customers
- Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing supplies to maintain a well-stocked restaurant
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Providing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff to improve their knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a exceptional dining experience
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
