- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards.
- Upholds the company policies being a role model.
- Makes daily and monthly report. Ensure all daily and monthly repors are detailed and submitted in a timely manners.
- Supervising, close monitoring and evaluation of employees.
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods.
- Ensures compliance with store operations standars on customer service, personnel grooming, area cleanliness and food quality.
- College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
- At least 2 years experience in a management position. Experience in a chain restaurant is a plus.
- At least 2 years experience in Restaurant Manager operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Harworking, organized, and Goal-oriented.
