Is currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, lead and develop staff, and achieve sales and operational goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise, train, and evaluate restaurant staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Manage staff schedules and manpower planning
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Oversee cash handling, sales reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Control operational costs and improve profitability
- Implement company policies and operational standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food service management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Background in staff coaching and performance management
