Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various groups to understand their data needs and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that advise business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time data insights to customers.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and understand their business intelligence needs.
- Implement effective data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Apply various data analysis tools and technologies to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Supervise and analyze performance metrics to assess organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
- Assist in the development of data governance and data quality initiatives
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team

- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in business contexts is a bonus.
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Good working and business communication skills
Educational Attainment:
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelors
Other Details:
- Shift – Must be available in Mid shift
- Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite workin BGC.
- Location is in Paranaque
- The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
- Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
