Jr. Data Analyst

The Jr. Data Analyst will have hands-on tasks and can turn fragmented data into a Group Grid Dashboard from a Departmental Report using the Data Analytics Playbook.
The analyst will help provide operational reports and insights to Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development and Management, and other business units that need data from the SME Group.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Competencies- Analytical and data modeling skills
- Dashboard design with a focus on usability and decisions
- Stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling
- Data visualization and dashboard UX principles
- Documentation tools (Confluence, Google Workspace)
- Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
