Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR function. As our HR Manager, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, create a positive work environment, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.

This role will be instrumental in scaling our organization while maintaining our dynamic company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job descriptions, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Implement employee development programs and career progression frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all jurisdictions
  • Oversee HR documentation, record-keeping, and HRIS management
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators
  • Foster a positive company culture that aligns with our values and enhances employee engagement
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance on organizational development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a management role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization, preferably in the digital marketing or tech sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with HRIS and HR technology platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or MBA
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • 7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience in a digital agency environment
  • International HR experience or experience with remote/distributed teams
  • Experience implementing performance management systems
  • Background in developing compensation structures and benefit programs
  • Experience with organizational design and change management
  • Knowledge of talent development and succession planning
  • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
