Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a group of companies. Our respected client is seeking for a HR Head who is experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Generalist to lead the Human Resources function as Head of HR at the senior manager level.

This role has a hybrid work requirement in Ortigas, Pasig and will be reporting to the Chairman.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and engagement.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and support conflict resolution processes.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce plans.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through partnerships, employer branding, and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal-setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Support leadership in identifying training needs and implement learning and development programs.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Senior Management.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course.
  4. Strong generalist background with deep experience across all core HR functions.
  5. Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
  6. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
  7. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
