  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and close deals that meet revenue goals.
  • Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key metrics to leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
