Starting Salary: ₱25,000 gross per month plus commissions and performance incentives

Konvoy Front Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Sales Manager to lead a team selling sponsorship packages and bulk ticket orders for live MMA, combat sports, K-pop and entertainment events in the Philippines.

This is a hands-on sales leadership position. The successful candidate must be able to recruit, train, motivate and manage a sales team while personally helping close major sponsorships and corporate ticket orders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Build prospect lists of companies, brands, agencies and corporate clients
  • Assign leads and accounts to the sales team
  • Monitor calls, emails, meetings, proposals and follow-ups
  • Train the team in outbound sales, pitching, objection handling and closing
  • Personally contact and meet potential sponsors and corporate buyers
  • Sell sponsorship packages for MMA, K-pop and other live events
  • Sell bulk ticket packages to companies, schools, organizations and corporate groups
  • Develop partnerships with brands, agencies, hotels, restaurants, malls and other businesses
  • Prepare and present sponsorship proposals and customized corporate packages
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines and client records
  • Follow up consistently until each opportunity is closed or formally declined
  • Coordinate with event, marketing, media and production teams
  • Ensure sponsors receive the exposure and benefits included in their packages
  • Build long-term relationships with repeat sponsors and corporate clients
  • Report daily and weekly sales results directly to management
PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED THROUGH
  • Sponsorship revenue generated
  • Corporate and bulk ticket sales
  • Number of new companies contacted
  • Number of meetings and presentations completed
  • Sponsorship proposals submitted
  • Sponsorship packages closed
  • Sales conversion rate
  • New corporate partnerships created
  • Team performance against targets
  • Repeat business from previous sponsors and clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous sales management or team leadership experience is required
  • Strong experience in outbound, corporate or business-to-business sales
  • Proven ability to train, motivate and hold a sales team accountable
  • Confident in cold calling, prospecting, presenting and closing deals
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives and marketing managers
  • Able to work with targets, commissions and performance reports
  • Highly organized, competitive, disciplined and results-driven
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, messaging platforms and CRM systems
  • Must currently be based in Cebu or able to work full-time in Cebu City
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines

  • Hotel, venue or hospitality sales
  • Business-to-business telesales
  • Marketing agency sales
  • Live events and promotions
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • ₱25,000 gross monthly starting salary
  • Commission on qualified sponsorship and corporate ticket sales
