Technical Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
• Registered mechanical engineer.
• With a valid driver’s license.

Experience Level:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as Technical Sales.

Working Conditions:

• In office and travels for client meetings, site inspections, etc.
• Willing to be trained in Head Office in Manila.
• Willing to travel to work onsite daily or relocate near workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Successfully manage the sales team.
• Assist sales personnel in making effective business proposals and achieve target sales figures.
• Performance monitoring of sales representation this includes timely deliveries and collections.
• Attend commercial & clarification meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations.
• Represent company in various organizations.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base & ensure its strong presence.
• Present sales, projection and prepare realistic forecast to the management.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative sales solutions.
• Monitor accounts receivables to avoid overdue account.
