Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the hospitality or corporate travel sectors, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate bookings.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners while aggressively prospecting for new business.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective monthly targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation of corporate rates, group bookings, and event contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to upper management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong network of corporate clients and travel industry contacts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
