Junior Sales Manager – Roofing Systems

We are seeking a driven and experienced Junior Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and expand our presence across Northern Metro Manila and Bulacan. This leadership role is primarily based in our Plaridel office, where you’ll oversee the full sales cycle—from strategy to execution—while guiding and supporting a team of Field Sales Associates.
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales direction, developing and managing client relationships, and ensuring our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach key decision-makers in the construction, property development, and architectural sectors.You’ll report directly to the executive team and contribute directly to our revenue growth and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy of the company, aligning with business goals and market opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Associates, providing support, training, and performance feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and key markets for growth in the construction and building sectors
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and property owners
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and market developments to continuously optimize sales effectiveness
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and territory planning
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, proposal accuracy, and timely project execution
- Provide executive-level reports on sales progress, market feedback, and team performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial sectors (preferred)
- Experience managing a sales team with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- In-depth knowledge of regional construction markets (Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila a plus)
