Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate (preferably MALE) is expected to bring a passion for hospitality, exceptional service skills, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure strict and consistent adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
• Foster a professional work culture that values discipline, teamwork, and excellent guest service.
• Lead, train, and monitor staff to ensure procedures and service protocols are followed consistently and diligently.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage service.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
