Bread Funatics Ventures Corp. operates growing food and beverage brands focused on artisan baking, specialty coffee, and customer experiences. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to lead our social media presence, brand storytelling, and digital marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales. This role will take ownership of our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral or high-engagement content
- Capture photos and videos of products, events, and store activities
- Coordinate shoots and create compelling visual content
- Write captions, promotional copy, and campaign messaging
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns
- Track engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Manage Google Business Profile updates and promotions
- Support product launches, events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with operations teams to highlight products and customer experiences
- Build relationships with influencers, communities, and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
- Experience in content creation, photography, and video editing
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Passion for food, coffee, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Growth in followers and engagement
