Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate is expected to bring a passion for hospitality, exceptional service skills, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure strict and consistent adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
- Foster a professional work culture that values discipline, teamwork, and excellent guest service.
- Lead, train, and monitor staff to ensure procedures and service protocols are followed consistently and diligently.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene.
- Basic food handler certification is required for food safety compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
