What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in daily café operations including food and beverage preparation
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
Handle cashiering and order-taking duties as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
Work efficiently during peak hours and manpower shortages
Collaborate with kitchen and service team members

Qualifications/Requirements

What We're Looking For:

At least high school graduate
At least one year experience in the food and beverages industry
Hardworking and reliable
Dedicated to work and responsibilities
Good attendance and punctuality
Knowledgeable in the food industry and food & beverages
Able to work under pressure
Able to multitask during manpower shortages
Team player with a positive work attitude
Willing to learn and adapt to operational needs

Position: Cafe Staff
Location: BFC (Beach Front Campus), Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: PHP 540 basic + PHP 540 upon regularization (plus government benefits & one free meal)
