Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with local labor laws, employment standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain, update, and interpret the Employee Handbook and company policies to align with evolving legal frameworks.
- Manage employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and statutory reporting.
Workplace Health and Safety:
- Oversee workplace safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate regular safety drills (fire, earthquake, etc.) and ensure first-aid kits and safety equipment are fully stocked and operational.
- Investigate and document any workplace incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Employee Health and Welfare:
- Administer and promote company health benefits, health insurance (HMO) programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Organize workplace wellness programs (e.g., mental health awareness, annual physical exams, ergonomic assessments).
- Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a fair, confidential, and compliant resolution process.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resource, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or Compliance Officer, with a strong grasp of local labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong ethical judgment, excellent conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Amenable to work full-time and onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
