Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily monitoring of interdepartmental communications, performance metrics, and policy adherence.
• Design and manage escalation protocols, feedback loops, documentation systems, and supply chain/inventory workflows.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks. Implement lean solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the safety, security, and physical upkeep of the workplace to ensure a high-standard professional environment.
• Deliver regular data-driven reports and performance feedback to stakeholders to ensure departmental growth.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Office Administration, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in office administration or roles involving applied engineering/technical process management.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet functions (data analysis/reporting) and a strong grasp of systems thinking.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of comprehension.
• Amenable to full-time, onsite work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
