FP&A Analyst (Contract Role – 6 to 9 Months)

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in:

This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with large datasets and evolving business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis- Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Analyze financial and operational performance trends across business units
- Prepare management reporting packages and executive summaries
- Assist in identifying business risks, operational inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Consolidate and analyze large operational datasets from multiple sources
- Translate raw data into actionable business insights for management teams
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Examples of analytics areas may include:
- Commercial discount, pricing
- Supply chain analysis
- Procurement analytics
- Work closely with Commercial, Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic business initiatives
- Participate in process improvement and operational optimization projects
- Help strengthen governance, reporting discipline, and decision-making processes
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- FP&A
- business analytics
- financial reporting
- commercial finance
- supply chain finance or operations finance
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- Power Query / data modeling
- Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, manufacturing, commodities, or supply chain-intensive industries
- Experience building management dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks
- Exposure to operational or logistics analytics is a strong advantage
