Commercial Supervisor

About the role

Yatira Construction Inc is seeking an experienced Commercial Supervisor to join our team in Siquijor, Central Visayas. Working alongside our Operations Manager (who manages site operations and technical execution), this role serves as the central administrative and commercial hub.

You will lead client and stakeholder relations, oversee contract administration, and coordinate collections while working in close alignment with other departments.

1. Act as the primary administrative point of contact for external stakeholders.
2. Partner with Finance & Accounting to monitor project payment milestones, facilitate timely billing submissions, and follow up on receivables.
3. Maintain and organize project documentation, compliance records, bidding/contract documents, permits, variation orders, and official agency correspondence.
4. Serve as a bridge connecting Site Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure administrative and commercial deadlines align with technical project milestones.
5. Address client and commercial inquiries diplomatically, escalating specialized financial, legal, or personnel matters to the designated departments.

1. Proven experience in commercial supervision, administrative project coordination, or stakeholder management—specifically within public sector/government construction projects.
2. Strong understanding of public bidding processes, government billing workflows, progress billings, and public contract compliance.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to interacting with external partners.
4. Exceptional ability to manage heavy documentation, track complex compliance requirements, and log project records accurately.
5. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with project administration tools.
