JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Company:

Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an Senior Account Manager to build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and deliver tailored solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive in addressing client concerns, and focus on driving client satisfaction and business growth.

The Senior Account Manager’s Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives and drive success
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues
  • Track and report on client performance, goals, and project progress
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client retention and maximize business growth
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications of an Senior Account Manager:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of customer service and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Experience in the relevant industry.
Work Set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Time: 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday
