Job Overview :
We’re hiring an Account Manager with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The role includes client site visits, external meetings, and events. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; background in residential or office fit-out is a plus but not required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and office fit-out markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, real estate professionals, corporate offices, and design consultants.
- Collaborate with senior management and the design team to tailor proposals and presentations based on client needs and project type.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify gaps in the market.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, RFP responses, and business proposals.
- Represent ARTON in networking events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, project leads, conversion rates, and business development KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, social media content, and brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales experience in architecture, construction, or real estate is a plus
- Knowledge or strong interest in residential and office fit-out projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
- Willing to travel for client visits and events
