Job Overview :

We’re hiring an Account Manager with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The role includes client site visits, external meetings, and events. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; background in residential or office fit-out is a plus but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and office fit-out markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, real estate professionals, corporate offices, and design consultants.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the design team to tailor proposals and presentations based on client needs and project type.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify gaps in the market.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, RFP responses, and business proposals.
  • Represent ARTON in networking events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, project leads, conversion rates, and business development KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, social media content, and brand visibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales experience in architecture, construction, or real estate is a plus
  • Knowledge or strong interest in residential and office fit-out projects
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel for client visits and events
