About the role

CCK City Network, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team in our Metro Manila office. As Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting the overall financial management of the company.

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other key financial reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their professional development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a finance or accounting department
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
