Shift A :- Saturday 12:30 PM
- 1:00AM and Sunday 12:30 PM
- 1:00 AM Philippine Time (11:30 PM
- 12:00 PM Eastern Time, USA)
(11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Eastern Time, USA)
IMPORTANT*** Training is 4 days a week, 1-2 months long and during a weekday shift of your choice**
Salary: $500 – $700 USD per month
About the Role
Lowcountry Valet is a luxury transportation company based in Charleston, South Carolina. We provide luxury transportation for airport transfers, weddings, corporate groups, and special events.
We are seeking a reliable Weekend Dispatch Coordinator to manage weekend operations and assist customers after while our sales team is away for the weekend. This role combines dispatch operations with customer service and reservation sales.
Experience with Limo Anywhere is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Dispatch Operations- Manage trips using Limo Anywhere
- Monitor chauffeur schedules and trip progress
- Communicate with drivers regarding updates or schedule changes
- Track flights for airport pickups
- Coordinate with affiliate transportation companies when needed
- Answer incoming calls and text inquiries from clients
- Provide quotes for transportation services
- Assist customers with booking reservations
- Enter and update reservations in Limo Anywhere
- Help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet work environment for calls
- Limo Anywhere dispatch software
- Transportation or limousine dispatch experience
- Customer service or reservation booking roles
- Experience working with US-based companies
- Stable long-term remote position
