- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems and purchase order processes (Coupa preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and research capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Tableau is an advantage
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders for various departments
- Process orders using an ERP purchasing system (Coupa)
- Support the creation of change orders and maintain purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures
- Help streamline purchasing procedures for internal forms, equipment, and telecom needs
- Generate reports to provide purchasing insights to upper management
- Maintain excellent customer service with cross-functional teams
- Operate a helpdesk for internal teammates, suppliers, and stakeholders
