Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.

Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and recommend automation or workflow enhancements.
Qualification- Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Assistant Accounting Manager
- Previous experience in a shared services or high-volume environment.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in General Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of core accounting principles and practices.
- Required Certifications
- CPA or CMA Certification Preferably but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
