Maxbuild Construction and Engineering Solutions is currently looking for:

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports and/or statements for management’s decision-making purposes. Also, responsible in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles, including tax proper tax preparations , Monitoring on Payments of Benefits and Compensation of Employees.(SSS, Pag-ibig and Phil health).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Approve invoices that need to be paid.
2. Analyze, summarize and monitor accounting data and produce financial reports and/or statements.
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits and filing the same to regulatory bodies.
5. Provide recommendations for proper recording.
6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
7. Direct staffs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
8. Meet financial accounting objectives
9. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
10. Reviews and verifies the BIR tax returns as well as attachments before filing and sending to BIR.

OTHERS:

1. Coordinating activities of external auditors.
2. Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
3. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.
4. Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.
5. Creates and preserves the most favorable image of the company by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner consistent with the company’s mission, vision, goals and core corporate values.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of BS Accounting , Management Accounting , Banking and Finance.
• At least 3-5 Years experience in Construction Setting is an advantage.
• Willing to Work From Monday to Saturday.
