Cebu Account Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Cebu Account Manager to join our team at ESV International Corporation. Based in Mandaue City Cebu, this full-time role will be responsible for managing and strengthening key client relationships to drive business growth.
What you'll be doing- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch additional products and services
- Regularly report on account performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth
- Support the sales team in responding to tenders and proposals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
