Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Translate client requirements into clear specifications, workflows, and documentation
• Configure DAM platforms based on approved architecture and use cases
• Develop metadata schemas, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies
• Map workflows using diagrams, spreadsheets, and visual tools
• Execute and document user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with global consultants in delivery and planning sessions
• Maintain organized, client-ready documentation across shared systems
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

Qualification and requirements:

• 6+ years DAM, CMS, PIM, or enterprise platform experience
• Hands-on configuration experience with Orange Logic, Aprimo, Adobe AEM, Bynder, Canto, Frontify, MediaValet, AEM, or Tenovos
• Strong writing skills for client-ready documentation deliverables
• Expertise in metadata, taxonomy, and structured data concepts
• Proficiency in Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for analysis and workflow tracking
• Comfortable working remote with US Eastern Time alignment

Preferred:

• Experience with Orange Logic (OrangeDAM) or Aprimo platforms
• Background in information architecture or library science
• Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, IIBA), project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), or DAM-specific certifications
• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana
• Experience creating UAT plans, scripts, and reports
• Exposure to AI tools for documentation and analysis
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience
