Business Development Lead
About the Role
We are now looking to hire a Business Development Lead to help drive our next phase of
growth in the Philippines.
As the Business Development Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening
Happy Cash's ecosystem in the Philippines. You will lead initiatives to build strategic
partnerships, manage key vendors, and enhance our market presence through innovative
collaborations and funding channels.
What you'll be doing
Develop Funding Partnerships:
Identify and secure loan channeling partnerships with banks and other financial
institutions.- Strategic B2B Collaborations:
platforms, and aggregators.
- Vendor Management:
Lead vendor onboarding, conduct price negotiations, and manage vendor contracts and
performance.- Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and nurture strong business relationships with key stakeholders including financial
institutions, regulators, and strategic partners in the Philippines.- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Design and drive strategic initiatives and partnership plans to support long-term business
goals.
What we're looking for- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in FinTech, e-commerce, or
- Strong business acumen and a proven track record in partnership building and business
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with a high level of initiative and ownership.
- Knowledge of the local regulatory environment and market dynamics in the Philippines is
a plus.
