Salary Range: ₱25,000 - ₱40,000 / month

Job Overview

We are a content marketing agency specializing in TikTok and Shopee live commerce. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with not only to have solid business development skills, but also to possess a hybrid capability in content channel coordination and creators management.

This role will be deeply involved in Shopee Affiliate creators management, YouTube product promotion, and content scheduling across Facebook/Instagram, acting as a core executor of the brand’s omnichannel content marketing strategy.

1. Shopee Affiliate Management

• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with Shopee Affiliate influencers (KOLs)
• Negotiate collaboration terms including commission models (CPS) and campaign incentives
• Maintain influencer database and performance tracking aligned with brand campaign timelines
• Analyze influencer performance (CTR, conversion rate, GMV contribution) and provide actionable optimization insights

1. Social Media Collaborations (YouTube / Facebook / Instagram)

• Source and manage content creators to promote Shopee product links via YouTube content (unboxing, reviews, vlogs, etc.)
• Coordinate posting schedules, approve content drafts, and ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
• Work with content and ad teams to align influencer posts with social media and paid ad schedules
• Assist in optimizing content for ads or sponsored distribution on FB/IG/YouTube (optional but preferred)

1. Project Coordination & Client Communication

• Act as a key liaison between brand, influencers, and platforms to ensure all deliverables are met
• Troubleshoot project-related issues (e.g., delayed content, influencer disputes, platform technicalities)
• Submit weekly progress reports to the client and provide monthly reviews with optimization plans

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BD, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
• Familiar with Shopee Affiliate system and content ecosystems on YouTube / FB / IG
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic data skills using Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking
• Independent, results-driven, and capable of executing under minimal supervision
