Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives in the field and knows how to close deals. This is a high-stakes "Sourcing & Acquisition" role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk; you will be the driving force of our supply chain, identifying and securing partnerships with junk shops, industrial facilities, and automotive hubs.
Your mission is to acquire supply. You will represent Agila Metals’ international standards, reliability, and financial strength to local suppliers, ensuring they choose us as their long-term partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressive Sourcing. Map out and dominate your territory. You will spend the majority of your time in the field building a massive network of suppliers.
- Strategic Partnership Building. Turn "one-time sellers" into loyal, high-volume supply partners.
- Market Navigation. Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring local market shifts and closing deals faster than anyone else.
- Independent Execution. Manage your own pipeline and schedule. We provide the resources; you provide the results.
- End-to-End Coordination. Oversee the process from the initial handshake to the successful arrival of materials at our facility.
- The "Field-First" Mindset. You are comfortable and effective in industrial, "dirty," and non-corporate environments. You prefer the street over the boardroom.
- Proven Sales Hunter. 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement, or industrial sourcing. Experience in metals, automotive, or heavy logistics is a major advantage.
- Elite Negotiation Skills. You don’t just follow a script. You can assess a situation on the spot, analyze the supplier's needs, and use critical thinking to solve problems and close complex deals.
- Strategic Time Management. You will manage a large territory. We look for someone who can prioritize high-value leads and manage their time efficiently to maximize daily acquisitions.
- Results-Oriented. You don't need hand-holding. You are motivated by growth, stability, and being part of a winning team.
- Mobility. Valid Driver’s License and flexibility with all modes of transport (Company car, Grab, or motorcycle) to beat Manila traffic.
