Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible in collecting all data, assist in forecasting and planning sales target and monitoring sales performance for Retail Department. He is responsible in ensuring correct and accurate data reported and recorded in KOL/INFINIX system.

• Weekly collects & monitors all accurate data from sales team i.e. all Team Leaders. Data include competitors’ report.
• Assist in forecasting, allocation and setting of targets for distributors and dealers.
• Analyzes data especially turnover per model to evaluate current sales goals.
• Provides weekly turnover report per model per dealer and suggests strategies that will improve sales.
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures, or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
• Validation of dealer policy via the Company’s system to assist in the processing of Dealer claims.
• Tracks & monitors purchase orders from distributors and Dealers buying direct from INFINIX.
• Ensures encoding/recording of all sell-in and sell-thru in the system on timely manner.
• Assists and provides all needed report and data analysis for Retail Department.
• Also assist data and report for other departments from time to time and as needed

• A graduate of 4-year course in Business Administration or Management or equivalent
• At least less than a year of experience specialized in Clerical or Administrative Support or equivalent
• Must be highly organized and very keen to details
• Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process
• Must be good in oral and business communications.
• Willing to work onsite.
