Our Ka-Eastern Learning and Engagement staff is responsible for developing and implementing organization-wide learning and development strategies and programs that facilitates and drives people development and capability in aligning with business needs.They collaborates effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the achievement of individual, functional, and organizational learning and development needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
The Ideal Candidate must:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Have solid knowledge of training management, instructional design, and program evaluation.
- Demonstrate strong management, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Possess excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management abilities.
- Be familiar with e‑learning platforms and learning management systems.
