About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our team at RAROCO INSURANCE BROKERS INC. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Officer, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with our clients.
What you'll be doing- Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the local market
- Arranging and conducting sales meetings to present our insurance products and services
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to support the company's growth objectives
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client objections
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
