Job Title: Senior AR Analyst
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid (3PM to 12AM)
What you’ll be doing:
- Review draft invoices in Nue (billing system) to ensure accuracy and issue finalized invoices to customers
- Monitor the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and respond to billing-related inquiries in a timely manner
- Complete customer questionnaires and vendor onboarding documentation accurately and on schedule
- Prepare, process, and issue credit memos as required
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for AR systems and policies, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, if applicable

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or billing operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with teams and customers
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Experience using accounts receivable or billing management platforms (e.g., Nue or similar systems)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions independently or collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and understanding the unique needs of different departments
