Meadow Manufacturing Corporation, a sister company of Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is in search of Accounts Receivable Assistant.
Responsible for managing key aspects of Accounts Receivable transactions, including:
- Printing and monitoring of sales invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Preparing and issuing credit and debit memos for client transactions.
- Applying payments received from Direct Export clients to appropriate accounts.
- Monitoring and updating customer accounts receivable ledgers.
Minumum Qualifications/ Experience:
- Accounting Graduate.
- Work experience in accounts receivable.
- Enough understanding of accounting concepts to properly code expenses.
Required Qualifications or Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
- Time management
