- Analyze customer feedback to evaluate satisfaction with company products and services.
- Provide insights to support product development and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine cost-effective and viable strategies for pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients to present company products and negotiate business agreements.
- Research and identify potential markets and new business leads.
- Prepare and maintain regional sales reports.
- Explain and promote the company’s products and services to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and services based on their needs.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives from other territories when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement effective sales strategies within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct and analyze surveys to better understand customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor sales activities within the assigned territory.
