The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-oriented, and capable of handling both field operations and strategic account management to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- B2B Sales and Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and wholesale clients
- Handle end-to-end B2B sales processes, from lead generation to account servicing and after-sales support
- Manage corporate partnerships, institutional accounts, and reseller opportunities
- Conduct client presentations, product pitching, and negotiations to secure sales opportunities
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and account requirements
- Direct Order Management
- Oversee direct customer and client orders from processing to fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and retail reams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Monitor order status, inventory allocation, and client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records, order tracking, and account documentation
- Bazaar and Event Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee participation in bazaars, pop-ups, and trade events
- Coordinate manpower, product allocation, merchandizing, and logistics for events
- Monitor event sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Represent the brand professionally during activations and external events
- Retail Operations and Sales Performance
- Conduct scheduled store visits and oversee daily retail operations across assigned branches
- Monitor sales performance, customer experience, and operational compliance
- Supervise and provide coaching to Sales Associates and store personnel
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement
- Represent the brand professionally during activations and external events
- Merchandising and Inventory Management
- Ensure product display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness standards
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory movement across branches
- Identify slow-moving or aging inventory and recommend action plans
- Coordinate inventory concerns with operations and warehouse teams
- Business Development and Growth Accountability
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
- Build and strengthen client pipelines to support long-term business growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Recommend initiatives to improve revenue, brand visibility, and operational efficiency
- Take ownership of achieving sales growth and business performance targets
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
- Analyze sales, inventory, and account performance data
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for business improvement
- Ensure decisions and store recommendations are data-driven and results-oriented
- Brand Representation and Compliance
- Uphold company standards, professionalism, and brand image across all channels
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, promotions, and operational standards
- Support company campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales, retail operations, account management, or business development is merchandising, or store supervision is REQUIRED(Beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus)
- Experience handling multiple retail branches or store teams is highly preferred
- Experience handling B2B, corporate, institutional, or wholesale accounts is highly preferred
- Background in beauty, skincare, retail, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
- Experience managing bazaars, events, or retail activations is a plus
- Strong background in sales, retail operations and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge in merchandising and inventory management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with field/roving work
- Experience with Sprout or similar systems is an advantage
- Competitive Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
