Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search visibility, and drive conversions. This role also supports paid media initiatives and broader digital marketing efforts to ensure alignment and performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and keyword mapping
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema markup, etc.)
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, structured data, etc.)
  • Optimise website content and structured data to improve visibility in AI-generated search results
  • Ensure brand, product, and service information is consistently structured and crawlable for LLM discovery
  • Monitor AI search outputs (e.g., AI overviews, conversational search) for brand accuracy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify and resolve SEO issues affecting rankings and traffic
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized content
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Authority Growth & Backlink Strategy
  • Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain rating, strengthen authority signals, and support LLM visibility.
  • Build partnerships, PR opportunities, and industry placements
  • Track domain rating improvements and referral traffic impact
  • Support affiliate and partnership growth to strengthen external authority signals
Paid Media Support
  • Align SEO and SEM keyword strategies
  • Provide keyword insights to support Google Ads campaigns
  • Assist in landing page optimization for better conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong SEO focus
  • Proven experience in off-page, on-page and technical SEO
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and paid media strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

This is a FULL ON-SITE work arrangement (at Rockwell Business Center Ortigas) from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PH time.
