Digital Marketing Specialist (Content + Social + SEO) | Balintawak, Makati or Mandaluyong

What is this role really about?

You’ll grow inbound leads through consistent content and visibility for Cibes Lift USA (position based in Makati, Mandaluyong or Balintawak). This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our social channels and GBP active,

Turning raw footage into short social videos, and reporting what actually drives enquiries.

Channels you’ll own
  • Core (weekly execution): Instagram + Facebook (Reels, Stories, posts, community), Google Business Profile (GBP) (posts, photos, offers, Q&A, reviews support)
  • Secondary (repurpose from core content): TikTok (short videos), Threads (short posts, updates, light community), LinkedIn (brand and credibility content) … etc
  • Support: Website updates (WordPress landing pages + blog publishing), Light paid support (small boosts, basic retargeting)
What you’ll do day to day
  1. Content across all channels (Top priority, video included)
  • Run a simple weekly content plan (topics, formats, posting schedule)
  • Create Social Media artworks using Canva and Creative Assets internal database.
  • Turn raw phone footage into short social videos using CapCut (Reels, Stories, FB video, TikTok) with captions and strong hooks
  • Repurpose smartly (Reel/TikTok → Story cut-downs → FB post → Threads post → LinkedIn post → GBP post)
  • Coordinate with showroom/sales to capture usable footage, photos and real customer stories
  1. Google Business Profile (GBP)
  • Keep GBP active with posts, fresh photos, offers, and service updates
  1. Organic growth + lead support
  • Improve engagement and response speed with the team (clear handoff process)
  • Track what content drives real enquiries and double down on it
  1. Reporting (simple and weekly)
  • Weekly report: content posted, reach/engagement, messages/calls/enquiries, what worked, what to change next
  • Track lead quality with sales feedback (not just volume)
  1. Paid advertising (lower priority)
  • Use paid only when helpful: small boosts, simple retargeting, limited tests
What success looks like in 90 days
  • A steady publishing rhythm, GBP looks “alive”: fresh photos, posts.
  • Clear reporting: which formats drive messages, calls, and showroom visits

Tools you should already know

Must-have
  • CapCut (or equivalent) and short-form editing (captions, pacing, hooks)
  • Instagram + Facebook publishing and community basics, Google Business Profile management
  • Basic WordPress updates
  • Canva
