Is currently looking for:

HR GENERALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office Based with occasional field work
