Job Summary:

The HR Officer serves as the primary Human Resources point of contact at the assigned stores of responsibility, supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role is focus with recruitment, onboarding, supports employee relations, and coordinates with the central HR department for implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR representative at the satellite site, supporting employees and supervisors on HR-related matters such as recruitment.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government labor regulations.
  • Monitor performance evaluations, assist in training schedules, and employee engagement programs at the site (as needed)
  • Iinvestigate and document employee concerns, issues, and disciplinary cases and escalate when necessary to Central HR.
  • Maintain and update personnel records in SAP and submit reports to the main HR office as required.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating applicant interviews and conducting screenings until onboarding.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the head office and/or stores.
