HR GENERALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform activities in the human resource area. Mostly focuses on Recruitment and Selection but will also dabble in other facets of Human Resources

TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and finalizes job offer letters based on approved hiring decisions
• Coordinates with hiring managers to confirm offer details (salary, position, start date, etc.)
• Sends official job offer emails/documents to selected candidates
• Ensures all pre-employment requirements are met prior to releasing the offer
• Handles communication with candidates regarding offer clarifications or negotiations
• Tracks offer acceptance status and follows up as needed
• Updates internal systems and trackers with offer details and candidate status
• Coordinates with the onboarding team once an offer is accepted
• Maintains confidentiality and accuracy in all employment documentation
• Supports process improvements related to offer and hiring workflows

SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
• With 1 year or more work experience in related field is recommended (Fresh Graduate are still welcome to apply)
• In-depth understanding with Human Resources processes.
• In-depth understanding on Labor Laws.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Excellent attention to details
• Good to Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• With Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Team player with leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
